  • Mr. Kowal is a successful entrepreneur in a number of diverse industries including aviation and the resource sector.
  • In addition to his role at Guardian Exploration, he is also the owner and CEO of Guardian Helicopters Inc. and President for Guardian Drilling & Consulting, Inc.

Roger Jewett CA, CPA

Director, CFO
  • Mr. Jewett has 30+years of experience with acquisitions, divestitures, debt and equity financings and leading rapidly growing companies in multiple industries.
  • Mr.Jewett holds a BBA from the University of New Brunswick and has both CA and CPA designations.

Kevin Flaherty

Director
  • Mr. Flaherty has over three decades of experience in frontier markets specializing in natural resources. He is the Managing Director of Savitar Exploration Limited, a mining exploration company with advanced projects in Myanmar and Vietnam.
  • He is also the Chairman of Indochina Energy Partners Pte. Ltd., a renewable power company operating in the Greater Mekong region.
  • Mr. Flaherty was a co-founder of Tiberon Minerals, a Canadian listed company that discovered and advanced the Nui Phao tungsten-fluorspar project into production.
  • Mr. Flaherty holds an MBA from the University of Calgary.

Steven Dudka

Technical Advisor
  • Mr. Dudka has over 30 years of experience in geological exploration, mineral resource evaluation and project development. He oversaw the exploration and licensing of the Nui Phao tungsten-fluorspar polymetallic project in Vietnam from 1997–2005.
  • He served as regional Managing Director for Archipelago Metals Ltd.- Australia, managed the feasibility study for the Co Dinh chromite-nickel-cobalt project in Vietnam from 2006-2011.
  • Mr. Dudka acts as Project Director for the Kanbauk tin tungsten-fluorspar mining project from 2012 until now.
  • Steven graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Geology at Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia, Canada and is a registered Professional Geoscientist in British Columbia, Canada since 1992
